On November 21, 2014, Fairness Commissioner Hon. Jean Augustine, PC, CM, hosted a forum, “Transforming Access”, the first such event in the history of the Office of the Fairness Commissioner (OFC). Close to 150 participants attended the multi-stakeholder event, which included regulatory bodies, post-secondary institutions, and immigrant-serving organizations.

The forum gave participants an opportunity to look back on the work of the OFC and generate ideas for working more closely together to advance the fair-access agenda. Presenters provided local, provincial, national and global perspectives.
